FAQ
Questions We Hear Every Week.
Straight answers about permits, timelines and what we can and can't promise.
How do I know which permits my event needs?+
Permit requirements depend on the location, event activities, number of attendees, alcohol, food service, entertainment, temporary structures and use of public property. We review your event and help identify the permits that may apply.
How early should I start the permit process?+
For larger events, starting 90–120 days in advance is recommended. Some agencies require applications months before the event.
Can you help if my event is only a few weeks away?+
Possibly. Submit the event details and we will evaluate the timeline and available options.
Do you guarantee my permits will be approved?+
No. Government agencies make all final permitting and licensing decisions. Our role is to help clients prepare, coordinate and navigate the application process.
Can you work with my event planner or production company?+
Yes. We can work directly with producers, planners, venues, agencies and production teams.
Can you handle permits for multiple events?+
Yes. We offer ongoing permit management for agencies, venues, brands, event companies and organizations producing multiple events throughout the year.
Do you work with cities and government agencies directly?+
We coordinate with the applicable agencies involved in the permitting process on behalf of our clients when permitted.
